Zakariyya peace be upon him
A prophet of the Children of Israel and the guardian of Maryam. In old age, with a barren wife, he prayed quietly for a righteous heir and was given Yahya.
Nabi (prophet): one who receives revelation from Allah. Every messenger is a prophet, but not every prophet is a messenger.
